35bf Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 35bf ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 35bf website located at https://35bf.org and all associated services, features, games, betting products, and promotional offers available thereon. Please read these T&C carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the 35bf platform.

By accessing the 35bf platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C in their entirety. To be eligible to register and use 35bf, you must also confirm each of the following:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, agent, or affiliate of 35bf or any associated entity.
• All funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally.

Account Registration and Security

To use the real-money features of 35bf, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment method details. 35bf may request documentary evidence — such as a copy of your National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 35bf strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out after each session when accessing 35bf from a shared or public device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 35bf are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 35bf does not apply foreign currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for account holders in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your 35bf account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The following deposit rules apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• 35bf does not impose a deposit fee, though your payment provider may charge its own service fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your account balance.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements. The following withdrawal rules apply:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• 35bf aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 35bf reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

35bf offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified for each individual offer. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x applies to bonus funds before they may be withdrawn.
• 35bf reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses credited in error — for example, due to a technical fault — must be reported to support and may be reclaimed by 35bf regardless of whether any wagers have been placed using those funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game(s) specified in the offer details and expire within the timeframe stated in the offer.

Participation in any 35bf bonus or promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms associated with that offer, as well as these general T&C. Players are responsible for reviewing the terms of each offer before opting in.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 35bf. Additional rules specific to individual game categories — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games — are available within the relevant game or section of the platform.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and betting market. Current stake limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. 35bf reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Any bet placed in excess of the displayed maximum stake may be voided at 35bf's sole discretion.

Void Bets and Technical Errors

35bf is not liable for bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds, pricing errors, or results arising from a technical malfunction. In such cases, 35bf reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Circumstances in which a bet may be voided include:

• A cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met.
• A game or betting market is affected by a demonstrable technical error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or account credits.
• Fraudulent or irregular betting patterns are detected that suggest market manipulation or collusion.

Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 35bf platform without the express written permission of 35bf.

The 35bf brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 35bf. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in any advertising, promotional material, or domain name — is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, any game, or any betting market, even if 35bf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

35bf does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond 35bf's reasonable control — including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server outages, or third-party provider failures — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 35bf accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

35bf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, 35bf will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active account holders via the contact details registered on their account. Such notice may be delivered by email, in-platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the 35bf website.

Your continued use of the 35bf platform following the publication of updated T&C constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated T&C, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
